研究目的：

验证铥激光整块切除术联合髂内动脉化疗和膀胱放疗较根治性全膀胱切除术在治疗T2期肌肉浸润性膀胱癌患者的有效性和安全性，为T2 MIBC患者提供一种新的膀胱保护疗法，并在临床示范、应用推广。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of thulium laser endoscopic en bloc resection followed by internal iliac artery infusion chemotherapy and radiotherapy for T2 phase muscle invasive bladder cancer patients, and to provide a new bladder preservation therapy for T2 MIBC patients, and to promote its clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴.既往有腹腔和盆腔放射治疗史；
⑵.转移性膀胱癌或其他癌变累及膀胱；
⑶.碘剂过敏者；
⑷. 孕妇或哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The history of abdominal and pelvic radiation therapy;
2. Metastatic bladder cancer or other cancer involving the bladder;
3. Those who are allergic to iodine;
4. Pregnant women or lactation patients.
