通过采集V-NOTES与腹腔镜行阴道骶骨固定术的围手术期结局以及中长期随访数据的对比客观评价V-NOTES在阴道骶骨固定术的安全性可行性、卫生经济学效益  

Objectives of Study：

Objective evaluation of the safety, feasibility and health economic benefits of V-NOTES sacral fixation in vagina and laparoscopic vaginal sacral fixation by comparing the perioperative outcome and long-term follow-up data

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

急性感染期，术前深静脉血栓形成或高凝状态，空腹血糖>11.1mmol/L，血压>160/100mmHg，肝肾功能不全，精神疾病及其他手术禁忌
术后无法完成随访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Acute infection, preoperative deep vein thrombosis or hypercoagulabilityfasting blood glucose >11.1mmol/L, blood pressure >160/100mmHg, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness and other surgical contraindications
Patients who can not follow up after surgery.
