研究目的：

主要研究目的：明确双歧杆菌、酪酸梭菌对进展期DN患者病程的影响和对肠道菌群的调节作用；次要研究目的：系统性评估该益生菌治疗方案对进展期DN患者代谢、炎症、以及心血管合并症的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium and Clostridium butyricum on the course of progressive DN and the regulation of intestinal flora in patients; Secondary Objective:to systematically evaluate the effects of this probiotic regimen on metabolism, inflammation, and cardiovascular complications in patients with progressive DN

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)患有肿瘤、高血压，冠心病，肝硬化，脂肪肝，哮喘；
2)特殊饮食患者；
3)有甲状腺等其他内分泌疾病；
4)近1月内服用抗生素及微生态制剂；
5)近4周内腹泻病或其他胃肠道疾病；
6)既往胃肠道手术史；
7)排除其它原发性或继发性肾损害因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Suffering from tumor, hypertension, coronary heart disease, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver, asthma;
2) Patients with special diet;
3) Other endocrine diseases such as thyroid gland;
4) Antibiotics and probiotics were taken in the past month;
5) Diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases in the past 4 weeks;
6) Previous gastrointestinal surgery history;
7) Other primary or secondary renal damage factors were excluded.
