研究目的：

本研究旨在通过质性访谈和调查研究的混合研究设计，探讨妊娠妇女在孕期不同阶段生活方式改变和习惯形成模式，根据习惯形成理论初步设计基于“情境-线索”的GDM健康管理策略，并通过随机对照试验验证该策略的可行性、对孕妇自我效能和心理状态的影响、习惯形成的持久性、及其长期影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of habit formation, the GDM health management strategy based on "situation-clues" was designed. The feasibility of the strategy, the effect on self-efficacy and mental state of pregnant women, the persistence of habit formation and its long-term effect were verified by randomized controlled trials.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重妊娠合并症需卧床休息者；盆腹、宫颈手术史；两次妊娠间隔时间＜2年者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe pregnancy complications need stay in bed ; pelvic abdomen, cervical surgery history; two pregnancy interval <2 years.
