研究目的：

1、明确运动康复是否可有效改善早期帕金森病患者的运动及非运动症状，明确运动康复是否可以延缓帕金森病的疾病进展。 2、比较太极拳训练与快步走训练之间的效果差异，明确更能有效改善帕金森病症状以及延缓病程进展的运动形式。 3、明确运动康复对帕金森病患者外周血代谢组学、脑代谢的影响，探讨运动康复对帕金森病患者病理生理过程的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine whether exercise can effectively improve the motor function and non-motor symptoms of PD patients, and whether exercise can delay the progression of Parkinson's disease. 2. Compare the effect between TaiChi training and brisk walking training, and identify the exercise forms that can effectively improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and delay the progression of Parkinson's disease. 3. To determine the effect of exercise on blood metabonomics and brain metabolism in patients with Parkinson's disease, and to explore the mechanism of exercise on pathophysiological process in patients with Parkinson's disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）正在参加其他药物临床试验或其他干预研究，或参与其他锻炼计划；
2）过去2年内有规律性或经常性锻炼史；
3）近6个月发生摔倒；
4）有骨骼肌肉疾病或心肺功能障碍；
5）文盲及痴呆或MMSE评分小于24分；
6）伴有严重的抑郁症或精神症状；
7）既往脑外伤或接受颅脑手术治疗；
8）合并其他严重的中枢神经系统病变；
9）服用影响血糖、血脂水平的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1) participating in other drug clinical trials or other intervention studies, or participating in other exercise programs;
2) regular or regular exercise in the past 2 years;
3) fall in the past 6 months;
4) skeletal muscle disease or cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
5) illiteracy and dementia or MMSE score less than 24;
6) accompanied by severe depression or mental symptoms;
7) previous brain trauma or craniocerebral surgery;
8) complicated with other severe central nervous system lesions;
9) take drugs that affect the levels of blood sugar and blood lipids.

采用抽签法进行随机分组，将90例病人依次编为1、2、3…90，并准备好90个信封，依次放入数字卡1-90，信封充分混匀后，先抽取30个信封，将对应数字编号的患者设为第1组，再抽取30个信封，对应数字的患者设为第2组，余下30个患者设为第3组。

盲法：	该研究为运动干预研究，分组后受试者可知晓分组情况，无法针对受试者设盲。因此，实验针对研究的资料收集者、最终干预效果的评价者设盲，以避免评价过程中由主观因素带来的偏倚。实验医师不参与分组，也不知晓分组情况，由两名监察员负责对病例进行分组、监督盲法执行、盲态审核以及实验过程中保证受试对象安全。实验医师在双盲情况下，完成对90个病例的处理，并将结果记录交给两名监察员。两名监察员在对数据进行整理、核实后，最后进行揭盲。
Blinding：	This study is an exercise intervention study, after grouping, the subjects can know the situation of the grouping, and can not be blind for the subjects. Therefore, the experiment aimed at the data collectors of the study and the evaluators of the final intervention effect, in order to avoid the bias caused by subjective factors in the evaluation process. Experimental physicians do not participate in the grouping and do not know the grouping situation. Two inspectors are responsible for grouping cases, supervising the implementation of the blind method, blind audit and ensuring the safety of the subjects during the experiment. In a double-blind case, the experimental physician completed the treatment of 90 cases and handed the results records to two monitors. After collating and verifying the data, the two monitors finally revealed their blindness.
