研究目的：

a.在社区建立老年人认知及双重任务能力评估的工作站，培训社区卫生工作人员，实现社区的老年人双重任务能力筛查，为早期诊断和干预痴呆提供关键的切入点。 b.采用适宜社区使用的VR双重任务训练技术，在社区实现SCD患者的有效干预，预防AD的发病，降低医疗费用、减轻社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a workstation for the assessment of cognition and dual task ability of the elderly in the community, and train community health workers to screen, and then to realize the screening of elderly dual task ability and provide the key entry point for early diagnosis and intervention of dementia. 2. Use VR dual task training technology suitable for community use, to realize the effective intervention of SCD patients in the community ,to prevent the incidence of AD, and to reduce the medical expenses and social burden.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 据NINDS-AIREN标准目前诊断为可能的血管性痴呆症；
② 改良的Hachinski缺血量表（MHIS）评分＞4分；
③ 不能配合认知功能检查者（包括失明、失聪、重度语言障碍等）的；
④ 患者既往6月有药物或酒精依赖；
⑤ 患者正参与其他临床研究；
⑥ 患者易激惹；
⑦ 患者合并糖尿病或严重的心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、肝病、肾病和精神疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

1. According to the ninds-airen criteria, the patients with vascular dementia were diagnosed as possible;
2. Patients with MHIS score > 4;
3. Patients who can not cooperate with cognitive function test (including blindness, deafness, severe language impairment, etc.);
4. The patient had drug or alcohol dependence in the past 6 months;
5. Patients are participating in other clinical studies;
6. Patients are irritable;
7. Patients with diabetes mellitus or severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease and mental disease.
