研究目的:

基于医院大量的先天性巨结肠冰冻病理切片数字影像,结合当下先进的AI技术,构建全切片影像的组织结构分割、神经丛检测以及神经节细胞发育状况的评级算法系统,进而给临床病理医生提供有效的诊断辅助,提升基层医院对儿童先天性巨结肠的诊断质量与效率。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the large number of frozen pathological slice digital images of Hirschsprung disease and advanced artificial intelligence technology, we aim to develop a artificial intelligence assisted system, which includes the organization structure segmentation,detection of nerve plexus detection and ganglion cell development status. This system aims to improve the quality and efficiency of diagnosis of Hirschsprung disease in primary hospitals.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 最终诊断为先天性肠神经元发育不良者;
2. 最终诊断为慢性假性肠梗阻者;
3. 明确染色体异常及合并其他先天性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The pathologic diagnosis is intestinal neuronl dysplasia;
2. The pathologic diagnosis is chronic intestinal pesudo-obstruction.
3. Combined with chromosomal abnormalities and other congenital disorders.

三位资深儿童胃肠病理学检查,基于我院提出的先天性巨结肠病理诊断分级标准,对先天性巨结肠切除肠管病理切片的组织学诊断作为金标准

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

The speciemens and sections will be reveiwed by three senior pediatric gastroenterology pathologists under the novel pathological grading system of ganglion cells in Hirschsprung disease, and the results is regarded as the gold standard.

不对入选病例进行随机分组。所有入选病例均采集无神经节细胞段、移行段、扩张段和正常的病理组织,其病理切片分为两份,一份由三位儿童病理学专家进行人工阅片,作为诊断金标准。另一份由人工智能系统读片,将结果分为神经节细胞发育可、发育稍差、发育稍差与无神经节细胞,并与金标准进行比对。
