应用蛋白质组学和代谢组学技术对脓毒症患者进行早期预警和预后评判，从而探索脓毒症发生机制，并期望发现临床上潜在的干预靶点。

Objectives of Study：

Using proteomics and metabolomics techniques to conduct early warning and prognostic evaluation of patients with sepsis, so as to explore the mechanism of sepsis, and hope to discover potential clinical intervention targets.

1）血液疾病；
2）急性出血；
3）近期化疗；
4）心源性休克、尿毒症、妊娠等。

Exclusion criteria：

3) Recent chemotherapy;
4) Cardiogenic shock, uremia, pregnancy, etc.
