观察半夏泻心汤加味对脾虚胃滞型糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白的影响及可能机制；  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the effect and possible mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy of spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation type;

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不合作者；有严重的心、肝、肾、脑等并发症，或合并有其它严重消耗性疾病，精神性疾病患者；合并其他影响糖脂代谢疾病如甲亢等；近1月内有糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒以及感染者；已明确其他原因导致的肾功能异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

Uncooperative; patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other complications, or combined with other serious consumptive diseases, mental diseases; combined with other diseases affecting glucose and lipid metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism; patients with diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis and infection in recent 1 month; patients with renal dysfunction caused by other reasons.
