研究目的：

设计和搭建肺部定位手术机器人系统，系统结合了电磁导航定位系统和机器人控制系统，将手术导航从影像加传感器的组合模式再增加了机器人控制模块，创新性的研发了肿瘤运动预测追踪技术，把医生的手术操作难度进一步降低，以实现在智能的机器人系统中进行手术规划、定位、控制和进针过程的安全、准确和有效。整合肺部小结节定位机器人和新型定位针的复合定位技术，完成多中心、前瞻性、随机、开放、平行对照研究，临床试验，报请国家药品监督管理局审批第三类医疗器械批文，争取产品化，进入市场。  

Objectives of Study：

A lung positioning surgery robot system is designed and built. The system combines the electromagnetic navigation positioning system and robot control system. The operation navigation is changed from the combination mode of image and sensor, and then the robot control module is added. The tumor motion prediction and tracking technology is innovatively developed, which further reduces the difficulty of operation for doctors, so as to realize the progress in intelligent robot system. It is safe, accurate and effective to plan, locate, control and inject needle. Integrate the compound positioning technology of pulmonary nodules positioning robot and new positioning needle, complete multi center, prospective, randomized, open, parallel controlled study and clinical trial, and report to the State Drug Administration for approval of class III medical devices, strive for commercialization and enter the market.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经研究者判断不宜行术前定位的患者，如，肺大泡，肺气肿，胸腔积液等
2.全身因素：脓毒血症，反复肺部感染，或术前1个月内有任何类型的严重感染
3.患有严重的心，脑，肺，肝，肾等疾病，严重高血压患者
4.严重的凝血功能障碍
5.有远处转移
6.筛选前30天内参加了其他临床实验
7.研究者认为有不适宜参加临床试验的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. According to the researcher's judgment, it is not suitable for preoperative positioning, such as pulmonary bullae, emphysema, pleural effusion, etc.;
2. Systemic factors: sepsis, repeated pulmonary infection, or severe infection of any type within 1 month before operation;
3. Suffering from serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases, severe hypertension patients;
4. Severe coagulation dysfunction;
5. Distant metastasis;
6. Participated in other clinical trials within 30 days before screening;
7. There are other situations that the researchers think are not suitable to participate in clinical trials.
