研究目的:

开展大样本前瞻性随机对照多中心临床研究,验证慢性阻塞性肺病智能化全程管理模式干预在提高患者诊疗效果和降低疾病负担方面的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

As a large-sample prospective, randomized, controlled, multicentric clinical study, it is conducted to verify the effect of intelligent whole process management on improving the diagnosis and treatment of COPD and reducing the burden of COPD.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)存在肺功能检查禁忌或不能配合检查者。
2)合并严重的其他呼吸系统疾病:如支气管扩张、间质性肺炎、肺纤维化、严重呼吸衰竭、严重肺部感染、肺水肿、胸廓疾病等;
3)合并有重要脏器功能障碍、恶性肿瘤等重大疾病,预期寿命小于5年
4)神经肌肉系统疾病;
5)精神疾病;
6)研究者认为不适合入组的其他疾病。
7)孕妇及哺乳期妇女。
8)参加与本研究存在相互影响的其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Contraindications for pulmonary function test or unable to cooperate with the test;
2) Complicated with other severe respiratory diseases, such as bronchiectasis, interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, severe respiratory failure, severe pulmonary infection, pulmonary edema, and thoracic diseases;
3) Complicated with major diseases such as dysfunction of important organs and malignant tumors, or life expectancy <5 years;
4) Neuromuscular system diseases;
5) Mental illness;
6) Other diseases that investigators consider unsuitable for inclusion;
7) Pregnant and lactating women;
8) Participate in other clinical trials that interact with this study.

研究者将慢阻肺患者按1:1随机分配进入干预组和对照组,采用中央随机系统分层随机,在干预组和对照组间达到分布均衡,考虑两个分层因素:一是按照受试者入组前的COPD GOLD组别(A、B、C、D)进行分层;二是受试者年龄区段(<60岁、>60岁)来分层。
