研究目的：

1.制定系统规范而简便易行的精神分裂症社区认知行为治疗操作程式； 2.编写与操作程式相配套的病人/家属自助手册； 3.验证精神分裂症社区认知行为治疗操作程式的疗效，探讨影响疗效的各种因素，以及如何更好地在社区推广该程式。

Objectives of Study：

1. Developing a regular and brief cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) manual for schizophrenia in communities; 2. Developing a self help book for patients and families; 3. Exploring the effect of CBT manual for schizophrenia in communities, relevant impact factors and popularization mode in communities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病情严重，正在住院或需要住院治疗者
2.合并其他精神疾病者
3.PANSS量表中联想散漫≥5分，情感交流障碍≥5分，交谈缺乏自发性和流畅性≥5分（无法有效交谈者）
4.近一个月之内接受过无抽搐电痉挛治
5.接受本研究之外其他系统心理治疗者
6.合并严重或不稳定的躯体疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Been agitated, needing in-patient care or being hospitalized ;
2. Combined with other mental disorders;
3. Scored at least 5 on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale in conceptual disorganisation, poor rapport or lack of spontaneity and flow of conversation;
4. Had received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in the one months prior to entry into the study;
5. Were currently receiving other types of systematic psychotherapy;
6. Combined with severe or unstable physical diseases.
