研究目的：

基于真实世界的前瞻性临床登记研究，通过机器学习算法研究脑缺血半暗带、脑灌注及侧支循环情况的治疗决策对脑卒中预后的影响，构建急性缺血性脑卒中脑组织窗标准化的智能评估方案，建立基于脑组织窗指导急性缺血性脑卒中治疗新策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Prospective clinical registration study, based on the real world by machine learning algorithms research cerebral ischemia half dark band, the treatment of cerebral perfusion and collateral circulation situation decision-making's influence on the prognosis of cerebral apoplexy, build the acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy brain tissue window standardized intelligence assessment scheme, based on brain tissue window a new strategy to acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往反复脑梗死或心梗病史；
2. CTA或CTP检查禁忌的患者；
3. 具体发病时间不确切；
4．妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5. 合并其他系统难治性疾病如肿瘤、血液病等患者；
6. 患者因伴发严重的其他系统疾病，预计生存时间不足1年。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of recurrent cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction;
2. Patients with contraindications for CTA or CTP examination;
3. The specific time of onset is not certain;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Patients with other systemic refractory diseases, such as tumors and blood diseases;
6. The patient has an estimated survival time of less than 1 year due to other severe systemic diseases.
