研究目的：

1、应用本课题组开发的人工智能辅助影像读片系统 “X-Spine”，完成大样本人群腰椎MRI图像的测量，获取人群腰椎MRI特征参数值，定义各年龄段“腰椎退变指数”，用于腰椎退变的定量评估。 2、应用机器学习，开发随年龄变化的腰椎MRI流形，用于腰椎退变的预测。 3、结合“腰椎退变指数”，和相关临床信息，建立腰痛风险评估工具，用于腰痛的预测和预防。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Apply the artificial intelligence assisted image reading system "X-spine" developed by our research group to complete the measurement of lumbar MRI images in large sample population, obtain the characteristic parameter values of lumbar MRI in the population, and define the "lumbar degeneration index" of all age groups for the quantitative evaluation of lumbar degeneration. 2. Apply machine learning to develop an age-dependent MRI manifold for the prediction of lumbar degeneration. 3. Combined with "lumbar degeneration index" and relevant clinical information, establish a risk assessment tool for low back pain prediction and prevention.
