研究目的：

1.明确电生理技术在青春期女性原发性痛经应用的有效性和安全性； 2.明确电生理技术在青春期女性原发性痛经应用的卫生经济学优势； 3.对青春期原发性痛经的诊治建立规范化流程； 4.探索建立“青春期女性原发性痛经干预家庭化模式”。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the effectiveness and safety of electrophysiological technology in the application of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent women; 2. To clarify the health economic advantages of electrophysiological technology in the application of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent women; 3. Establish standardized procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea; 4. Explore the establishment of "family-oriented model of intervention for adolescent women with primary dysmenorrhea".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期妇女。
2.近三月来接受过痛经的相关治疗。
3.干预前24h内服用过止痛药者。
4.继发性痛经患者（存在妇科器质性病变者）。
5.结合病史、查体及辅助检查，考虑为其他疑似疾病者。
6.合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及神经、精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy;
2. Received related treatment for dysmenorrhea in recent three months;
3. Those who have taken painkillers within 24 hours before intervention;
4. Patients with secondary dysmenorrhea (with organic lesions in gynecology);
5. Considering other suspected diseases in combination with medical history, physical examination and auxiliary examinations;
6. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic systems and other primary diseases seriously endangering life, as well as neurological and psychiatric patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确的写入原始资料登记表。经主要研究者签字后，及时送交临床试验数据保管员。采用EpiData3.10数据库系统进行双人双遍录入。比对完成后，由数据管理员利用SPSS 23.0软件进行数据核查。原始资料登记表在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，召开数据审核会议并书写数据审核报告。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the patients, the researchers wrote the data into the case report form in a timely, complete and correct manner. The case report form should be duly signed by the principal investigator and sent to the clinical trial data custodian.EpiData3.10 database system was used for double entry. After the comparison is completed, the data administrator uses spss 23.0 software to verify the data. After completing data entry and verification as required, data audit meeting was hold and data audit report was wrote.
