建立简便的急性脑梗死后出血风险预测模型，指导急性脑梗死临床治疗前更好地选择获益大于出血风险的患者。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to set up a simple and convenient prediction model of hemorrhagic transformation after acute cerebral infarction before clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

静脉注射造影剂禁忌者； MRI扫描禁忌者；影像检查不能配合；伴随可能对神经功能造成较大影响的其他疾病者；参加其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindication of intravenous contrast medium;
2. contraindications of MRI scanning;
3. can not cooperate CT and MRI examination;
4. accompanied by other diseases that may have a greater impact on neurological function;
5. participants in other clinical trials.
