To construct online and offline self-management scheme for GDM patients based on PMT and verify its effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并恶性肿瘤患者；
②发生急性妊娠合并症患者；
③孕前一个月有长期使用糖皮质激素等影响糖代谢药物应用史者；
④既往有经生病及严重智力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumor;
2. patients with acute pregnancy complications;
3. patients with long-term use of glucocorticoid and other drugs affecting glucose metabolism one month before pregnancy;
4. patients with previous illness and severe mental retardation.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由研究组成员采用简单随机化分组方法，根据随机数字表用余数分组法，按照妊娠期糖尿病确诊顺序给其编号1-98，从随机数字表中任意一个数字开始，沿同一方向顺序给每个受试者抄写一个随机数字；用随机数字除以组数2求余数，余数为0纳入对照组，余数为1纳入干预组。如共有n例待调整，需从中抽取1例，续抄一个随机数，除以n后将得到的余数作为所抽实验单位的序号（若整除则余数为n）。
