研究目的：

利用组织工程成熟软骨组织再生技术,构建组织工程软骨组织以修复耳缺损或发育不良。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct tissue engineering cartilage to repair the ear defect or dysplasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 全身状态差；
（2） 局部激素治疗3个月内；
（3） 血液病或有出血倾向；
（4） 药物成瘾（包括毒、麻药和酒精成瘾）；
（5） 瘢痕、过敏体质；
（6） 具有传染性的病毒感染；
（7） 近一个月有发热、感冒等感染症状；
（8） 妇女怀孕期或哺乳期，或计划在初次登记后一年内怀孕者；
（9） 有心理精神疾患，不能配合康复治疗；
（10） 颅面及面神经发育差；
（11） 伴有重要脏器或其他器官发育畸形者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) poor general condition;
(2) local hormone therapy within 3 months;
(3) blood or bleeding tendency;
(4) drug addiction (including poison, anesthetic and alcohol addiction);
(5) scar, allergic constitution;
(6)contagious viral infection;
(7)with symptoms of fever, colds and other infections in nearly a month;
(8) pregnant or lactating women, or plan in the first registration within one year after pregnancy;
(9) patients with mental disorders, who can't cooperate with rehabilitation;
(10) the poor development of attending craniofacial and facial nerve;
(11) patients with malformations of other organs.
