研究目的:

本课题拟因前列腺疾病就诊的住院患者,收集多参数磁共振图像,前列腺穿刺或者前列腺癌根治手术术后病理,联合患者临床资料(年龄,前列腺特异抗原等),寻找可能的高危因素,建立早期前列腺癌诊断队列;并且运用深度学习(深度卷积神经网络)方法对图像的像素进行特征提取和像素分类,实现前列腺癌图像的分割和检测;结合患者的高危因素,建立早期前列腺癌诊断模型;并将该诊断模型在后续的验证集中进行结果验证修订。  

Objectives of Study:

This project intends to collect multi-parameter Magnetic Resonance Images, postoperative pathology after prostate biopsy or radical resection of prostate cancer for inpatients seeking treatment for prostate cancer, and combine clinical data of patients (age, prostate specific antigen, etc.) to find possible high-risk factors and establish a diagnostic cohort for early prostate cancer.In addition, the deep learning (deep convolutional neural network) method is used to extract and classify the pixels of the image, so as to realize the segmentation and detection of prostate cancer images.The diagnosis model of early prostate cancer was established based on the high-risk factors of the patients.The diagnosis model is verified and revised in the subsequent validation set.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)不耐受磁共振检查,有幽闭恐惧症、早孕、体内金属植入、造影剂过敏等情况的患者;
(3)没有病理结果;
(4)曾接受前列腺切除术,包括电切与部分切除;
(5)影像图像质量不达标。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Patients who are intolerant to MRI examination and have claustrophobia, early pregnancy, metal implantation in the body, contrast agent allergy, etc.;
(2) No pathological results;
(3) Had undergone prostatectomy, including electric resection and partial resection;
(4) Image quality is not up to standard.
