研究目的：

运用口内数字化印模扫描记录牙列缺损及牙列缺失患者的口腔软硬组织形态。搜集各类型牙列缺损及缺失患者的数据模型，利用人工智能及大数据分析修正光学印模在制取过程中造成的粘膜形变，并模拟功能状态下的口腔软硬组织形态。  

Objectives of Study：

Using oral digital impression scanning technology records the soft and hard oral tissue of patients with dentition defect and loss. The data models of various dental defect and loss were collected and the mucosal deformed deviation form the process of making optical impression was corrected by using artificial intelligence and big data analysis to simulated the soft and hard tissue morphology of oral cavity under the functional state.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 伴发疱疹性咽颊炎、支气管炎、肺炎等疾病患者；
2）年龄在18岁以下或85岁以上者，或为妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
3）具有严重的原发性心血管病变、肝脏病变、肾脏病变、血液学病变、肺脏疾病、或影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤或艾滋病；
4）精神或法律上的残疾患者；
5）怀疑或确有酒精/药物滥用病史，或者根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况；
6）已知对本药组成成分过敏者；
7）正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) With herpetic pharynx buccal inflammation, bronchitis, pheumonia and other diseases.
2) Ages under 18 years old or over 85 years old, and the pregnant or lactating woman.
3) Serious primary cardiovascular disease, liver diseases, kidney diseases, hematological disease, lung disease or a serious disease such as cancer or AIDS.
4) Mental or legal disabilities.
5) History of alcohol/drug abuse suspected or confirmed or other pathologic conditions such as frequent changes in the work environment which may reduce the likelihood of inclusion or complicate inclusion and may easily lead to loss of follow-up, as determined by the investigator.
6) Those who are known to be allergic to the composition of denture matierials.
7) Participating in clinical trails of other drugs.
