To develop an expert-assistant deep convolutional neural network that can automatically detect disease based on the captured ocular images.

排除标准：

(1)配戴隐形眼镜并在1个月内接受眼科手术的受试者；
(2)图像质量太低，无法进行预处理。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subjects who wore contact lenses and underwent eye surgery within a month;
(2) Too low quality of images to preprocess.
