研究目的：

通过三维运动学参数的采集与分析，个性化构建AMZ术前决策体系，创新性实施AMZ定制精准截骨术，并研究该技术的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Basing on the collection and analysis of three-dimensional kinematics parameters, a personalized AMZ preoperative decision-making system was constructed, AMZ customized precise osteotomy was implemented innovatively, and the effectiveness and safety of the technology were studied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①　BMI＞30；
②　存在严重的、控制不佳的伴随疾病；
③　具有恶性肿瘤病史；
④　具有MRI检测禁忌症；
⑤　有感染HIV、HBV、HCV和梅毒的实验室检查证据；
⑥　理解能力有限，无法理解并配合相关量表评分；
⑦　依从性差，无法配合术后随访和康复训练；

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI＞30;
2. There are serious and poorly controlled accompanying diseases;
3. Have a history of malignant tumor;
4. has contraindications for MRI detection;
5. There is laboratory evidence of HIV, HBV, HCV and syphilis infection;
6. Limited comprehension ability, unable to understand and cooperate with relevant scale score;
7. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation training.
