研究目的：

针对临床上颌骨赝复体制作对数字化技术的需求，突破多源测量数据融合建模、赝复体数字化设计与制作、制作过程精度评价等关键技术，形成涵盖“数据采集、模型设计与赝复体制作”全过程的一体化上颌骨赝复体数字化设计方法与制造工艺流程，并实现临床应用和评价。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to meet the needs of digital technology for clinical maxillary prosthesis fabrication, the key technologies such as multi-source measurement data fusion modeling, digital design and fabrication of prosthesis, and accuracy evaluation of manufacturing process are broken through. The integrated digital design method and manufacturing process flow covering the whole process of "data acquisition, model design and prosthesis production" are formed, and the clinical application is realized Use and evaluate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 上颌牙列缺失患者；
2. 处于正畸治疗阶段；
3. 对义齿材料过敏者；
4. 口腔黏膜病、牙周病、龋病未得到控制者；
5. 有严重全身系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with maxillary dentition loss;
2. In orthodontic treatment stage;
3. Those who are allergic to denture materials;
4. Oral mucosal disease, periodontal disease and caries were not controlled;
5. Severe systemic diseases.
