研究目的：

比较TKI联合化疗与TKI单独治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效，为治疗非小细胞肺癌提供新的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy between TKI combined chemotherapy and TKI alone in the treatment of non small cell lungcancer, and to provide new therapeutic approaches for the treatment of non small cell lung cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重的心、肝、肾疾病的患者
2. 接受过手术治疗及放化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者
3. 不能耐受化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者
4. EGFR突变阴性的非小细胞肺癌患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients with serious heart, liver, kidney disease;
2. The non-small cell lung cancer patients received operation treatment or chemotherapy;
3. The non-small cell lung cancer patients cannot tolerate chemotherapy;
4. The patients with negative EGFR mutation.
