研究目的：

观察较低危组骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）受试者接受环孢素A（CsA）联合艾曲泊帕（Epag）方案治疗的持续客观总反应率（ORR）、完全缓解率（CR）、部分缓解率（PR）、疾病稳定（SD）、红细胞血液学改善（HI-E），血小板血液学改善（HI-P）和摆脱输血依赖（TI）率。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the total response rate (ORR), complete remission rate (CR), partial remission rate (PR), disease stabilization (SD), erythrocyte hematology improvement (HI-E), platelet hematology improvement (HI-P) and free from transfusion dependence (TI) rates of continuous lower risk group MDS subjects who receiving CsA combined with Epag regimen.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①　骨髓原始细胞＞5%。
②　骨髓活组织检查合并有骨髓纤维化，网银染色包括+++级及以上。
③　入组前使用过ATG、CsA、麦考酚酸吗已酯、西罗莫司、etanercept, alemtuzumab进行免疫抑制治疗，或入组前1月使用过其他TPO-RA（如罗米司亭、海曲泊帕、人重组TPO等）。
④　既往有造血干细胞移植病史。
⑤　任何活动性感染包括严重的未受控制的细菌、分枝杆菌、真菌和病毒感染如带状疱疹病毒（HZV）。
⑥　对于受试者，方案中任何一种药物及药物辅料过敏或禁忌的。
⑦　重要脏器功能损害：如呼吸衰竭、纽约心脏病协会NYHA分级≥2级的慢性充血性心衰、QT间期延长，失代偿的肝脏或肾脏功能不全、虽经积极治疗仍无法控制的高血压（＞180/100mmHg）、高脂血症。
⑧　活动性血栓症，近12个月内有心脑血管血栓性事件。
⑨　5年内同时患有尚未治愈/或情况不确定的其他肿瘤。
⑩　正在使用其它试验性药物。
妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Percetage of Bone marrow blast cells >5%;
2. Bone marrow biopsy combined with bone marrow fibrosis, including net silver staining Grade 3 and above;
3. ATG,CsA macrophenate, sirolimus, etanercept,alemtuzumab were used for immunosuppressive therapy before entering the group, or other TPO-RA were used in the month before entering the group (e.g., romistine, human recombinant TPO, etc);
4. Previous history of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;
5. Any active infection includes severe uncontrolled bacterial, mycobacterial, fungal, and viral infections such as herpes zoster virus (HZV);
6. For subjects, any drug and drug excipients in the program are allergic or contraindicated;
7. Significant organ dysfunction: such as respiratory failure, New York Heart Association NYHA grade >=grade 2 chronic congestive heart failure, prolonged QT interval, decompensated liver or kidney dysfunction, high blood pressure (>180/100 mmHg), is still beyond control despite active treatment, and hyperlipidemia;
8. Active thrombosis, nearly 12 months have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular thrombotic events;
9. Other tumors that have not yet been cured/or are uncertain within 5 years;
10. Other experimental drugs are being used;
11. Pregnancy or lactation.
