2.1 描述乳腺癌患者诊治全程各阶段疾病适应的全貌及发展变化规律，探索患者疾病适应各维度的发展变化轨迹，确定不同患者的不同的轨迹类型和特征 2.2 构建处于不同诊治阶段、不同疾病适应类别的乳腺癌患者疾病适应促进方案 2.3 明确基于大数据的乳腺癌患者个性化症状管理推荐内容 2.4 构建乳腺癌特异性患者报告结局测量系统（PROMS-BC） 2.5 测试基于手机应用程序的乳腺癌患者症状管理个性化推荐系统的可用性 2.6 检验基于手机应用程序的乳腺癌患者症状管理个性化推荐系统的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

2.1 Describe the overall picture, development and change rules of disease adaptation of breast cancer patients at all stages of diagnosis and treatment, explore the development and change tracks of patients' disease adaptation at all dimensions, and determine the different trajectory types and characteristics of different patients 2.2 To construct disease adaptation promotion programs for breast cancer patients at different stages of diagnosis and treatment and in different disease adaptation categories 2.3 Construct the recommendation of personalized symptom management for breast cancer patients based on big data 2.4 Construction of a breast cancer specific patient-reporting outcomes measurement system 2.5 Test the availability of a personalized recommendation system for breast cancer patient symptom management based on mobile applications 2.6 To test the effectiveness of the personalized recommendation system for breast cancer patient symptom management based on mobile applications

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

同时患有其他肿瘤或严重疾病；患者病情极危重，有生命危险；神志不清或生活不能自理或不合作或伴有精神障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with co-existing tumors or other serious medical conditions; The condition is extremely critical and life threatening; patients with delirious or unable to take care of himself or is uncooperative or has a mental disorder
