研究目的：

本研究旨在胸腔镜手术（VATS）下单肺通气时选择不同的麻醉方式针对不同年龄的患者，观察其术中脑氧饱和度、术中脑损伤及术后认知功改变的情况，为临床工作提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to choose different anesthesia methods for one-lung ventilation during thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for patients of different ages to observe their intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation, intraoperative brain injury and postoperative cognitive function changes. Provide reference for clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

交流障碍、无法配合研究者，如语言理解障碍、精神疾病等；
严重心脑血管疾病；
术前吸入氧气PaO2＜95%或者吸入空气PaO2＜90%者及术中PaO2＜90%者,肺功能检查明显异常或有明显的呼吸道感染者；既往有其他手术史；
拒绝参加试验；
术中MAP和HR波动经调控不能维持在基础值±20%的患者；
术中出血量＞400 ml的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with communication disorder and unable to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc;
2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. The patients who inhaled oxygen PaO2 < 95% or inhaled air PaO2 < 90% preoperatively and patients with PaO2 < 90% during operation, and those with obvious abnormal pulmonary function or obvious respiratory tract infection;
4. Patients with previous operation history;
5. Subjects who refuse to participate in the test;
6. The patients whose map and HR fluctuation could not be maintained within ± 20% of the baseline value by regulation;
7. Patients with intraoperative blood loss > 400 ml.
