研究目的：

评估元认知干预技术在社区精神分裂症患者的康复中有效果。  

Objectives of Study：

We assume that Metacognitive Training (MCT) is effective in the community for schizophrenic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究是平行设计的随机对照试验。首先通过大数据对约2700名精神分裂症病人进行初筛。对符合要求并愿意参与试验的纳入对象进行基线调查并进行随机化分组，随机分到对照组和干预组。其中对照组实施常规的精神病人社区随访。干预组再额外增加一周一次的干预课程。最后一次干预结束后对两组均进行终末调查。所有对象在干预开始前和干预结束后测量两次，由医师面对面询问调查。主要指标为妄想症状，测量方式为正性负性情绪量表（PANAS），精神症状评定量表（PSYRATS）。次要指标为生存质量，测量方式为精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLS）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A randomized controlled, assessor-blinded trial is conducted. Some schizophrenia patients are recruited from Ningbo China and are randomly assigned to an intervention or a control group. A general practitioner (GP) training plan is carried out before intervention. Intervention and control group receive two CBR follow-up once a month, while the intervention group, on the other hand, receive an additional eight once a week session of the MCT. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), and the Psychotic Symptom Rating Scales (PSYRATS) are the primary outcome instruments, while the Quality of Life Scale (SQLS) serves as the secondary outcome instrument.
