研究目的：

为了探究ICU内更好的预氧和方法，本实验旨在比较球囊-面罩装置和麻醉机对危重症患者紧急气管内插管前进行预氧和的效果，并分析影响预氧和效果的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

In our study, anesthesia machine is compared with bag-value mask ventilation using for preoxygenation before intubation in critically ill patients to analyze the factors affecting the effect of preoxygenation and to find the more effective preoxygenation device in intensive care units.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、已发生呼吸心跳骤停者；2、不能行面罩通气的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who can not achieve ventilation with a mask or who was experiencing cardiac arrest were excluded from the study.
