研究目的：

本研究我们拟使用这两款自主研制的新一代、穿戴式精准TMS干预系统，开展一项临床对照研究，验证精准TMS干预改善抑郁症状的疗效是否优于传统非精准TMS干预，同时检验两套新设备在安全性、患者使用舒适度、操作简便性、成本等方面的表现。一套设备采用3D打印个体化TMS定位器，一套设备采用增强现实引导的TMS精准定位。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on our new developed precise and wearable TMS navigators, the present study aims to valid whether they can improve the treatment for depression as compared to that using conventional imprecise TMS intervention. Meanwhile, we will also examine their safety, comfort levels, operability and costs. One device is a 3D-printed TMS localizer (helmet) and the other device is augmented reality(AR)-based TMS navigator.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近三个月内经DSM-5诊断为物质相关障碍； 2. 经DSM-5诊断为精神分裂症及其他原发性精神病性障碍、强迫症、创伤后应激障碍、焦虑障碍、人格障碍； 3. 有严重躯体疾病、心脏起搏器或植入药物泵等； 4. 有严重消极观念和行为； 5. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 6. 接受过ECT或TMS治疗无效； 7. 任何神经系统疾病，包括颅内伤、癫痫、帕金森等； 8. 颅内有金属植入物或其他TMS治疗禁忌症； 9. 使用抗惊厥药物或超过2mg的安定； 10. 有幽闭恐惧。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with substance related disorders diagnosed by dsm-5 in recent three months; 2. Patients with schizophrenia and other primary psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder and personality disorder diagnosed by dsm-5; 3. Patients with serious heart disease or pacemaker implantation; 4. Patients with serious negative ideas and behaviors; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients who had been treated with ECT or TMS were ineffective; 7. Patients with any nervous system diseases, including intracranial injury, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc; 8. Patients with intracranial metal implants or other contraindications for TMS treatment; 9. Patients with anticonvulsant drugs or more than 2mg of diazepam; 10. Patients with claustrophobia.
