研究目的：

比较术前玻璃体腔注射t-PA联合外引流与术中视网膜下注射t-PA联合外引流治疗出血性视网膜脱离的最佳矫正视力，黄斑下积血消除的时间，手术时间，术后并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the best corrected visual acuity, the time of submacular hemorrhage absorption, operation time and postoperative complications of preoperative intravitreal injection of t-PA combined with external drainage and intraoperative subretinal injection of t-PA combined with external drainage to treat hemorrhagic retinal detachment

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 长期服用抗凝血药物或凝血异常的患者；
(2) 预期不能在指定临床实验中心随访者；
(3) 存在神经系统或者精神类疾病不能配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have taken anticoagulant drugs for a long time or have abnormal blood coagulation;
(2) Those who are not expected to be followed up in the designated clinical trial center;
(3) Those who have neurological or mental illnesses who cannot cooperate with the examination.
