Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of intraoperative blood pressure management based on blood pressure variability on the prognosis of elderly patients with high-risk major surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、严重的术前高血压（未控制）；
2、肌酸酐清除率<30 ml / min或术前透析；
3、急性心力衰竭；
4、术前败血症；
5、术前血流动力学衰竭（休克）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe preoperative hypertension (uncontrolled);
2. Creatinine clearance rate <30 ml/min or preoperative dialysis;
3. Acute heart failure;
4. Preoperative sepsis;
5. Preoperative hemodynamic failure (shock).
