研究目的：

本项目拟对10000例老年人进行人口学资料、环境暴露资料、听觉症状相关病史收集，进行生命体征、生活方式、生化指标（血脂、胆固醇等）、心电图等基础体格检查，临床听力检查（电耳镜检查、纯音测听进行简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）；采集老年人群的血液进行血常规分析，并进行常见耳聋遗传基因突变（如：GJB2基因p.V37I突变等）分析，综合的评价老年人的听力与其慢性病（如血压、血脂、胆固醇异常、心脏病等）特征的关系，进行老年性聋的遗传易感性研究。通过基线期老年人听力水平分为耳聋易感组、耐受组、普通组，对不同群体老年人群进行队列随访，定期复查、定期检测，观察各项指标的变化，从而探索年龄增长对听力及听力损失与其慢性病（如血压、血脂、胆固醇异常、心脏病等）发展的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to demographic data of 10000 cases of the senior peopIe, environmental exposure, hearing symptoms related to the history data collection, vital signs, lifestyle, biochemical indicators (hematic fat, cholesterol, etc.), electrocardiogram (ecg) examination, clinical hearing examination (electro otoscopy, pure tone audiometry are simple and easy scale mental state examination (MMSE); Blood samples were collected from the senior people population for blood routine analysis and genetic analysis（e: GJB2 gene p.V37I mutation）of deafness, so as to comprehensively evaluate the relationship between hearing and the characteristics of chronic diseases (such as blood pressure, blood lipids, cholesterol abnormalities, heart disease, etc.) in the senior peopIe population, and conduct genetic susceptibility research on senility deafness. Baseline period by the senior peopIe hearing level is divided into deafness susceptible group, the tolerance group and normal group, the queue of follow-up in senior peopIe with different groups, regular review, regular testing, then observe the changes of the indicators, so as to explore the age to listening and hearing loss with chronic diseases (such as abnormal blood pressure, blood fat, cholesterol, heart disease, etc.) of the development of the relationship.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

无法根据指令完成“听到声音按下按键”的受试者；
各种原因造成的口头或书面均无法正常交流的受试者；
长期依靠轮椅或长期卧床的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects unable to "press the button to hear the sound" as instructed;
2. Subjects who are unable to communicate either orally or in writing for any reason;
3. Chronically wheelchair dependent or bedridden subject.
