研究目的：

制定“容量补充+动力扶持+细胞保护”早期综合复苏方案、大批量烧伤延迟复苏救治方案，并进行推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish and popularize the program of "volume replacement plus dynamic support plus cell protection" of early integrated resuscitation and delayed resuscitation in major burns patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、急、慢性心功能不全、严重心率失常；
2、急性呼吸功能衰竭；
3、急性药物或一氧化碳中毒等;
4、急、慢性肾功能不全；
5、严重颅脑器质性疾病(颅内大出血、梗塞等)；
6、严重精神疾病；
7、全身衰竭性疾病：如恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute or chronic heart failure, severe arrhythmia;
2. acute respiratory failure;
3. Acute drug toxicosis or carbon monoxide poisoning;
4. Acute or chronic renal insufficiency;
5. Severe brain organic diseases (intracranial hemorrhage, infarction, etc.).
6. Severe mental illness;
7. Systemic failure diseases such as malignancy.
