研究目的：

使用三维斑点追踪技术观察结直肠癌化疗患者的心脏功能的变化  

Objectives of Study：

Three-dimensional speckle tracking was used to observe changes in cardiac function in patients undergoing chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集结直肠癌化疗患者，以自身对照做研究，分别于化疗前、化疗1周期、化疗中期、化疗末期后的24-48 h内收集心脏超声相关数值，并进行对比分析。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients receiving chemotherapy for colorectal cancer were collected for self-control study. Echocardiographic values were collected within 24-48 h before chemotherapy, 1 cycle of chemotherapy, middle chemotherapy, and after chemotherapy at the end of chemotherapy, and then compared and analyzed. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)对化疗药物过敏；
(2)无法完成整个化疗过程；
(3无法耐受该方案的副作用而改变化疗方案；
(4)二维及三维图像质量差不能显示心室内膜及边界的患者；
(5)通过十二导联心电图检查排除首次心电图异常及冠心病患者，通过血生化、
血糖检查排除高脂血症、糖尿病患者，通过常规超声心动图及心电图除外心肌病、心脏瓣膜病患者、先天性心脏病，并排除高血压患者，以及近期有严重感染或合并严重并发症者?

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Allergic to chemotherapy drugs;
(2) Unable to complete the whole chemotherapy process;
(3) Change of chemotherapy regimen due to intolerance to side effects of the regimen;
(4) Patients whose two-dimensional and three-dimensional image quality is poor can not show the ventricle intima and boundary;
(5) Patients with abnormal initial ELECTROcardiogram and coronary heart disease were excluded through 12-lead electrocardiogram examination;
(6) Patients with hyperlipidemia and diabetes were excluded in blood glucose examination. Patients with cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease were excluded by routine echocardiography and electrocardiogram, as well as those with hypertension and those with recent serious infections or complications.
