研究目的：

探讨在超声、MRl产前诊断的指导下，改良四步法在前置胎盘并胎盘植入剖宫产术中的应用价值；探索MRI诊断胎盘植入的敏感性、特异性以及对手术的指导价值；研究不同类型前置胎盘的临床特点及其对妊娠结局的影响；普通与凶险型前置胎盘的临床特点及手术疗效比较。  

Objectives of Study：

In the light of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) prenatal diagnoses, to explore the efficacy of improved four step surgery technique in placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta spectrum (PAS), investigate the sensitivity, specificity of MRI in diagnosing PAS and its value in providing instructions for PAS surgery, compare the clinical presentations of different placenta previa types, and their impact on pregnancy outcome, and compare normal and pernicious placenta previa disorders regarding their clinical features and surgical outcomes.
