研究目的：

1、本研究通过连续监测DTI及神经系统预后，分析DTI量化指标与神经学预后指标的相关性。 2、本研究以期明确DTI可以早期准确预测早产儿脑白质损伤，较传统MRI检查更有优势。 3、探讨早产儿在不同阶段DTI量化指标的参考值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study analyzed the correlation between DTI quantitative indicators and neurological prognostic indicators through continuous monitoring of DTI and neurological prognosis. 2. This study hopes to make it clear that DTI can accurately predict brain white matter damage in premature infants at an early stage, which is more advantageous than traditional MRI. 3. Explore the reference values of DTI quantitative indicators for premature infants at different stages.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.住院期间因故未能完成颅脑彩超，aEEG和头颅MRI+DWI+DTI检查；
2.合并先天性染色体异常或遗传代谢病者；
3.先天性大脑畸形；
4.各种因素造成失访；
5.各种原因造成图像不能分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to complete craniocerebral color Doppler ultrasound, aEEG and cranial MRI+DWI+DTI examinations during hospitalization;
2. Congenital chromosomal abnormalities Or genetic metabolic diseases;
3. Congenital brain abnormalities;
4. Lost to follow-up caused by various factors;
5. Images cannot be analyzed due to various reasons.
