主要目的：评估网络化自助干预对青少年抑郁的改善作用，探讨网络化自助干预适宜的青少年人群，研究干预过程中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the improvement effect of internet-based cognitive behavioral treament for adolescent depression, to explore the appropriate group of adolescents for network self-help intervention, and to study the mechanism of action in the process of intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有强烈自杀念头或自杀行为者；
2.合并严重精神病性症状（双相障碍、精神分裂症等）；
3.正在服用抗精神病类药物者；
4.同时接受其他形式的心理治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have strong suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior;
2.Complicated with severe psychiatric symptoms (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.);
3.Who are taking antipsychotic drugs;
4.Patients are also receiving other forms of psychotherapy.
