研究目的：

为了解老年维持性血液透析患者体力不足症状群状况，探讨居家有氧运动对改善老年维持性血液透析患者体能不足症状群的效果，改善老年透析患者体能不足症状群提供实证依据，填补国内个性化运动健康教育在此方面的空白。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to understand the symptoms of physical deficiency in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis, to explore the effect of home aerobic exercise on improving the symptoms of physical deficiency in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis, to provide empirical basis for improving the symptoms of physical deficiency in elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis, and to fill in the blank of individualized sports health education in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究是一项单中心、平行设计的非随机对照试验，研究的起止时间为2020年8月～9月。拟对吉林大学第一医院门诊规律透析的老年患者（≥60岁）120例，采用透析症状评估表调查患者症状体验，通过探索性因子分析对老年MHD患者体能不足症状群（疲乏、肌肉酸痛、易困、注意力难集中）进行识别。本研究患者接受常规透析和居家有氧运动健康管理，非透析日行间歇有氧运动不少于60分钟，每周3次，为期6周，测量有氧运动的效果采用6分钟步行测试（6MWT）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study is a single center, parallel design randomized controlled trial. The study starts and ends from August to September 2020. Methods: 120 elderly patients (>= 60 years old) with regular dialysis in the first hospital of Jilin University were enrolled in this study. The symptom experience of patients with MHD was investigated by using dialysis symptom assessment table. The symptom groups (fatigue, muscle soreness, sleepiness, difficulty in concentration) of elderly MHD patients were identified by exploratory factor analysis. Patients in this study received routine dialysis and home-based aerobic exercise health management. On non dialysis days, intermittent aerobic exercise was not less than 60 minutes, three times a week for 6 weeks. The effect of aerobic exercise was measured by 6-minute walking test (6MWT). 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 病情不稳定（习惯性低血糖，血压>160/100 mmHg或<100/60 mmHg）。
2. 存在平衡和运动系统障碍，精神疾病和认知能力障碍，近期连续服用抗抑郁、抗癫痫药、镇静催眠类、短效止痛药、局部麻醉剂。
3. 心律失常。
4. 3周内参加过运动训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable condition (habitual hypoglycemia, blood pressure > 160 / 100 mmHg or < 100 / 60 mmHg).
2. There were disorders of balance and motor system, mental illness and cognitive impairment. Recently, they took antidepressants, antiepileptics, sedative hypnotics, short-acting analgesics and local anesthetics.
3. Arrhythmia.
4. Those who have participated in sports training within 3 weeks.

选择吉林大学第一医院老年（年龄不小于60岁）血液透析患者120例，按照患者透析时间，每周周一、三、五就诊透析和每周二、四、六就诊透析，分成两组即对照组和运动组各60例。
