研究目的：

1、研究口咽运动对亚洲OSAS患者的治疗效果，为其提供更经济、有效、舒适的治疗方法。 2、研究比较针对颏舌肌的训练与非颏舌肌的训练，证实训练颏舌肌的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the therapeutic effect of oropharyngeal exercise on Asian OSAS patients and provide them with a more economical, effective and comfortable treatment. 2. The research compares the training ofgenioglossus muscle with that of non-genioglossus muscle to confirm the effectiveness of training mental lingual muscle.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）正参加其它临床试验的患者；
2）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者；
3）既往存在其他睡眠障碍；
4）曾接受过阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAS)的治疗，如CPAP、口腔内器械或手术；
5）严重或失代偿的临床或精神疾病；
6）使用酒精、兴奋剂或镇静剂；
7）颅面或上气道解剖改变；
8）不同意的个人和受教育程度较低的病人被排除在外，因为不具有知情同意的能力和理解问卷的能力。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients participating in other clinical trials;
2) Other reasons that researchers think are inappropriate for clinical trials;
3) Previous sleep disorders;
4) Previously accepted treatment of OSAS;
5) Seriously neurological or mental illness;
6) Alcohol/Drug abuse;
7) Craniofacial malformations/Upper airway anatomic changes;
8) Patients who disagree/Less educatied patients.
