研究目的：

研究远程缺血预处理对老年患者术后POCD发生率的影响并寻找POCD血清学标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of remote ischemic preconditioning on the incidence of POCD in elderly patients, and to search for the serological markers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.中枢神经系统退行性疾病，包括痴呆、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森氏病；
2.三个月内曾接受神经行为学测评；
3.心理疾病需要治疗者;
4.首次评测简易智能量表(Mini—mental State Examination) MMSE ＜ 24；
5.既往发生有症状的脑血管疾病患者；
6.曾接受心脏、中枢神经系统手术患者；
7.曾因心跳骤停或其他原因行心肺复苏患者；
8.肾功能障碍（血浆肌酐>2 mg/dL，即176.82μmol/L）;
9.肝脏疾病（AST、ALT超过正常上限1.5倍）；
10.无法遵从或不愿配合者；
11.无法按指令完成程序者；
12.对研究使用语言理解不清；
13.有严重视觉或听觉障碍；
14.酒精或药物依赖（过去3个月每日喝酒超过5U，1U等于10ml或8g纯酒精，相当于>50度白酒超过100ml，二两）；
15.曾参加本研究或同时参与其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with degenerative diseases of central nervous system, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease;
2. Neurobehavioral assessment was performed within three months;
3. Patients with mental illness who need treatment;
4. Mini Mental State Examination MMSE < 24 for the first time;
5. Patients with symptomatic cerebrovascular disease in the past;
6. Patients who had undergone cardiac and central nervous system surgery;
7. Patients who have undergone cardiopulmonary resuscitation due to cardiac arrest or other reasons;
8. Patients with renal dysfunction (plasma creatinine > 2 mg / dl, i.e. 176.82 μ mol / L);
9. Patients with liver diseases (AST, ALT 1.5 times higher than the normal upper limit);
10. Patients who are unable to comply with or unwilling to cooperate;
11. Patients who are unable to complete the procedure according to instructions;
12. Patients with unclear understanding of the language used in the study;
13. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment;
14. Patients with alcohol or drug dependence (drinking more than 5u a day in the past three months, 1U is equal to 10ml or 8g pure alcohol, equivalent to more than 100ml of liquor of > 50 degree, two liang);
15. Patients who have participated in this study or other clinical studies at the same time.
