研究目的：

针刺治疗 OSAS 的临床疗效较好，适合不能耐受持续气道正压通气或手术治疗的 OSAS患者。但针刺的治疗机制亟需进一步阐释。本研究以 OSAS患者和健康受试者为研究对象，进行针刺干预，结合神经影像学技术，从结构和功能方面探讨针刺改善 OSAS 的神经调控机制，为针刺治疗 OSAS 的机制研究提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Acupuncture has a good clinical effect on OSAS, and it is suitable for OSAS patients who can not tolerate continuous positive airway pressure ventilation or surgical treatment. However, the mechanism of acupuncture needs to be further explained. This study takes patients with OSAS and healthy subjects as research objects, and combined with neuroimaging technology to explore the mechanism of acupuncture in OSAS.This study will provide evidence for the mechanism of acupuncture in OSAS from the structure and function in brain.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 身体质量指数（BMI） >30；
② 其他疾病导致类似症状者： 单纯鼾症、 上气道解剖结构严重异常、中枢性呼吸暂停和陈施呼吸以及其他疾病（如发作性睡病、睡眠不足、周期性肢体运动障碍、不宁腿综合征、 甲状腺功能异常、 扁桃体三度肿大、 使用酒精或药物）；
③ 合并有心血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病、严重原发性疾病、癌症鼻瘤及口腔癌者；
④ 排除永久的精神性疾病:终生的双向情感障碍、任何类型的精神分裂症、任何类型的错觉紊乱、任何类型的痴呆、器质性的脑紊乱和2年内的酒精或其他物质滥用。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Body mass index (BMI) > 30;
2. Other diseases that cause similar symptoms: simple snoring, severe anatomical problems at upper airway, central apnea and Chen Shi's breathing, and other diseases (such as narcolepsy, lack of sleep, periodic limb movement disorders, Ning leg syndrome, abnormal thyroid function, third-degree enlarged tonsils, use of alcohol or drugs);
3. Combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, serious primary diseases, cancer nose
Tumor and oral cancer;
4. Eliminate permanent mental illness: lifelong bipolar disorder, any type of mental illness Schizophrenia, any type of delusion disorder, any type of dementia, organic brain disorders, and abuse of alcohol or other substances in the 2 years before the onset of labor illness.
