研究目的：

本队列研究旨在调查年龄≥65岁的老年糖尿病患者的糖尿病患病和管理现状、营养状态等，进行前瞻性队列研究，记录终点事件的发生。了解老年糖尿病并发症的患病率、发病率及其危险因素，以及心血管疾病、肿瘤、死亡的相关危险因素，为老年糖尿病患者的管理、预防和控制提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this prospective cohort study was to investigate the prevalence, management and nutritional status of elderly diabetic patients aged >= 65 years, and record the occurrence of endpoint events.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)严重精神障碍无法配合调查。
(2)拒绝签署书面知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with psychiatric disorders or impaired cognitive function;
(2)Patients who cannot or reject to sign the consent form.
