研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估MoodBox对亚临床抑郁症的疗效。其次是评估MoodBox的可行性、可用性、可接受性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of MoodBox for subclinical depression. The secondary aims are to evaluate the feasibility, usability, acceptability and safety of MoodBox.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）患有严重且不稳定的躯体疾病者；
2）有脑部器质性损伤者；
3）酒精及药物依赖者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe and unstable physical diseases;
2. Patients with organic brain injury;
3. Patients with alcohol and drug dependence.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

符合条件的参与者将被随机分为三组:MoodBox组、在线心理教育组和观察组1:1。随机化将在基线评估完成后进行，随机化代码将由未参与研究的统计学家在SAS 9.4 (SAS Institute Inc.， Cary, NC, USA)中进行。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to three groups by cluster randomization, the MoodBox group, the online psychoeducation group, or the observation group 1: 1: 1. Randomisation will be take place after completion of baseline assessment using a randomisation code which will be developed in SAS 9.4

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Based on the original observations records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
