在2型糖尿病患者中，家庭支持会给患者带来什么？支持行为的性质和方法的不同会不会给患者带来怎样的不同影响？不同家庭成员为患者提供支持，对患者的影响又会有怎样的不同？家庭成员在对患者的正性支持中，自身是否可能在哪些方面获益？  

Objectives of Study：

In T2DM, what can family support provide the patients? Whether different nature and method of support action can lead different effect for patients? Whether different family members can lead different effect for patients？What can the family members benefit from the support for patients?

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者排除标准：
1. 严重的、不稳定的心、肺、肝、等疾病，影响患者自理能力者
2. 糖尿病并发症进展迅速
3. 存在学习障碍
4. 存在认知障碍
5. 存在交流障碍
6. 无法执行饮食运动干预
患者家属排除标准：
1. 严重不稳定的心、肺、肝、肾疾病，影响患者自理能力者
2. 存在学习障碍
3. 存在认知障碍
4. 存在交流障碍
5. 子女入组者无法执行饮食运动干预

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of patients:
1) Severe debilitating disease. For instance heart failure, kidney failure, respiratory failure, and other diseases need to be hospitalized;
2) Rapid progress of diabetic complications;
3) learn barrier;
4) Cognitive deficit;
5) Communication barrier;
6) No abilities to carry out diet and exercise intervention.
Exclusion criteria of the volunteer:
1) Severe debilitating disease. For instance heart failure, kidney failure, respiratory failure and so on;

4) Communication barrier;
5) No abilities to carry out diet and exercise intervention.
