研究目的：

1.通过膈肌肌电结合多导睡眠图对合并慢性心功能不全的中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停进行准确诊断； 2.应用双水平气道内正压通气模式，对伴随中重度中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停的心衰患者进行治疗，研究对心衰预后的影响及可能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Diagnosis of central sleep apnea complicated with chronic heart failure by diaphragm electromyogram and polysomnography; 2. Treat patients of central sleep apnea complicated with chronic heart failure by bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation and study the effect and its possible mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.心衰由以下因素之一导致：心脏瓣膜病、先心病、心包病变、心律失常、其他非心脏源性的疾病；
b.12周内可能接受冠脉旁路手术者、心脏再同步化治疗者；
c.伴有左室流出道梗阻、心肌炎、动脉瘤、严重的心律失常、心源性休克、不稳定型心绞痛或急性心肌梗死、严重的肝肾、血液系统疾病、精神异常或其他严重的基础疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

CHF was caused by:
1. Valvular disease, congenital heart disease, pericardial disease, cardiac arrhythmia or other non-cardiogenic factors;
2. Those who is likely to undergo coronary artery bypass graft surgery or cardiac resynchronization therapy during the following 12 weeks;
3. Patients with left ventricular outflow obstruction, myocarditis, an aneurysm, uncontrolled severe arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction; had severe primary hepatic, renal, or hematologic disease or had a severe mental disease or other uncontrolled systemic disease.
