研究目的：

1.探讨TSC患者脑影像学分型特征与基因分型关系及其演变规律、癫痫发作的分型特征与演变规律及对治疗的反应、面部结节的分型特征与基因分型关系及其演变规律、TSC相关神经精神障碍/TAND-L的发病特征与演变规律、TSC患者眼心肺肾相关表现的演变规律; 2.评估和调查TSC患者的生活质量、调查TSC相关检查和治疗措施的应用现状和治疗缺口。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the relationship between the features of brain imaging classification and gene classification and their evolution, the features of epilepsy classification and evolution, the response to treatment, the features of facial nodules classification and gene classification, the features and evolution of TSC / TAND-L, the features and evolution of eye, heart, lung and kidney related manifestations in patients with TSC; 2.To evaluate and investigate the quality of life of patients with TSC, the current status and treatment gaps of TSC related examination and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有严重消化、心血管、呼吸、肝脏、泌尿疾病者；
（2）脑肿瘤、多发性硬化、脑炎、脑结核瘤、动脉瘤等非结节性硬化患者；
（3）接受过移植手术、干细胞治疗、在半年之内输注过异体血制品、有溶血疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, Urinary Diseases;
(2) Patients with brain tumors, Multiple Sclerosis, encephalitis, brain Tuberculoma, aneurysm and other non-tuberous Sclerosis;
(3) Patients with transplant surgery, stem cell therapy, transfusion of allogeneic blood products within six months, hemolytic disease.
