研究目的：

针对北京市汇晨老年社区老年波动性高血压受访者存在的血压变异性异常及心血管预后危险因素的问题，制定包括因地、因人制宜的以健康教育、动态血压监测、降压药、中成药、健身气功六子诀运动锻炼、家庭血压自我管理等构成的，以社区卫生服务中心服务为主、患者配合参与的干预服务包，并对干预服务包进行效果评价及方案优化。  

Objectives of Study：

TO solve the problem of bnormal blood pressure variability and cardiovascular risk factors of prognosis inBeijing hui Chen community elderly hypertension, we establish including from place to place, include health education, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, blood pressure medication, proprietary Chinese medicine, health qigong sixth tactic exercise blood pressure, family self management and so on, mainly on community health service center, cooperate to participate in the intervention of the patients with service pack, and for service pack to intervention effect evaluation and optimization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．3个月内有心肌梗死或血管重建史，重度心肺功能不全（心功能﹥Ⅱ级）、重度心律失常（快速房颤、房扑、阵发性室速等）者；
2． 双侧颈动脉狭窄＞70%者；
3．合并有6个月脑血管意外病史者；
4．肝功能不全（ALT、AST>2倍正常参考值上限）、肾功能不全；
5．患有任何其它严重的疾病，如恶性肿瘤或精神疾病等；
6．过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者；
7．近3个月内参加过其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. 3 months has a history of myocardial infarction, or vascular remodeling, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (cardiac function st13 II level), severe arrhythmia (rapid atrial fibrillation and flutter, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, etc.);
2. Bilateral carotid stenosis > 70%;
3. 6 months with history of cerebrovascular accident;
4. Hepatic insufficiency (ALT, AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal reference value), renal insufficiency;
5. Any other serious illness, such as malignant tumor or mental illness, etc.;
6. Allergic constitution, and for a variety of drug allergy;
7. Participated in other clinical research for nearly three months.
