研究目的：

以抑郁症患者为研究对象，采用前瞻随机对照试验，探索基于人际社会节奏的线上微课对抑郁症患者的临床疗效，希望能为抑郁症患者提供一个简单、方便、有效的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in patients with depression.To explore the clinical effect of online microclasses based on interpersonal social rhythm on patients with depression.Hope to provide a simple, convenient and effective treatment for patients with depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）经《简明国际神经精神访谈(the MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview，M.I.N.I.) 》访谈排除抑郁症以外的其它轴I精神障碍；
（2）严重躯体疾病、精神发育迟滞、器质性疾病所致的精神障碍、精神活性物质及酒精滥用者；
（3）孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（4）不合作者以及临床资料不完整者；
（5）研究者认为存在不适合参加该临床试验的其他情况；
（6）近三月有电休克、rTMS等物理治疗史，近半年接受心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Elimination of axis I mental disorders other than depression through the interview of the MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview;
2. Mental disorders caused by severe physical diseases, mental retardation, organic diseases, psychoactive substances and alcohol abusers;
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. Those who are not collaborators and whose clinical data are incomplete;
5. The researchers believe that there are other conditions that are not suitable to participate in the clinical trial;
6. In the past three months, he has a history of electroshock, rTMS and other physiotherapy, and has received psychotherapy in the past six months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

试验中的个人资料均属保密。研究中收集的受试者人口学资料和病史资料均将统一存放在带锁的资料柜内，仅供研究人员查阅。研究中使用的电子设备，将设有密码和阅读权限。研究中收集的量表，将以研究编号数字而非受试者的姓名加以标识，统一存放在带锁的资料柜内，研究结束后统一销毁处理。所有的研究成员和研究申办方都被要求必须保护受试者的身份保密。但为确保研究按照规定进行,必要时,政府管理部门或伦理审查委员会的成员按规定可以在研究单位查阅受试者的个人资料。

The personal data in the trial are kept confidential. The demographic data and medical history data of the subjects collected in the study will be stored in a locked data cabinet and will be available to researchers only. The electronic devices used in the study will have passwords and access. The scale collected in the study will be marked by the number of the study rather than the name of the subject, stored in a locked data cabinet, and destroyed at the end of the study. All research members and sponsors are required to protect the identity of the subjects. However, in order to ensure that the research is carried out in accordance with the regulations, if necessary, members of the government administration or the ethics review committee may access the personal data of the subjects in the research unit.
