研究目的：

评价术前呼吸肌功能锻炼对机器人辅助前列癌根治术老年患者术后肺不张的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of preoperative respiratory muscle function exercise on postoperative atelectasis in elderly patients with robot-assisted radical prostatectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并严重的呼吸系统并发症，包括COPD、肺大泡、支气管扩张、哮喘、严重睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、肺间质纤维化、肺心病等；
合并严重的心血管系统并发症，包括先天性心脏病、严重心率失常、冠心病、心梗、心衰、心肌病等；
无法配合术前呼吸肌锻炼；
曾接受过胸科手术或近6个月接受过外科手术；
未进行术前胸部CT检查患者；
术后无法拔除气管导管患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious respiratory complications, including COPD, pulmonary bullae, bronchiectasis, asthma, severe sleep apnea syndrome, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary heart disease, etc.;
2. Patients with serious cardiovascular system complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc.;
3. Cannot cooperate with preoperative respiratory muscle exercise;
4. Patients have undergone thoracic surgery or surgery in the past 6 months;
5. Patients without preoperative chest CT examination
6. Patients who cannot remove the tracheal tube after surgery.
